Six Tamers of Tension . . .

1) Create connectiveness and kiss spontaneously,  2)  Cuddle and hug like bears do ~ collect the honey from a partner and/or friends,   3)  Conflict isn’t necessarily bad but lash out less without thoughts of getting even,  4)  Next to water, tea is the most social beverage and green tea leaves contain L-Theanine which may shift brain-wave activity from beta to alpha waves,  5)  Breakaway from technology as it can blur boundaries between work, pleasure and home,  6)  Count your blessings remembering to cherish what and who are important.  What or who are the treasures in your life?

Remember that we are born with two ears  . . .one to receive and the other to let go  (smile).

I’m already feeling the love.  How about you?

Lighten up as the world needs more smiles and remember to cope in your own special way.

Have a good day!
